NED Benefits & Costs
The NED Plan is estimated to have an initial cost of $167.4 million and fully funded cost of $ million. The NED Plan maximizes the
average annual net excess economic benefits. This maximization of the Federal investment will provide approximately $22.2 million in
annualized benefits with an annualized project cost of approximately $9.0 million. The resultant benefit-to-cost ratio is approximately
2.5.
